Welcome to the first video in a new series I’m sharing from my mom’s book, MILDRED’S MINDSET: Wisdom from a Woman Centenarian—20 timeless life lessons from a woman who’s lived more than a century and is still thriving.
In this episode, we talk about one of her tips:
Stay connected. Build community. Don’t isolate.
Mom lives in a place with a clubhouse and plays cards, shares laughs, and stays social. But even if you don’t have a built-in community, you can create one. Book clubs, online groups, women’s circles, local meetups—it all counts.
At 101, Mildred is still showing up. Still engaging. Still enjoying life.
MILDRED’S MINDSET is available in paperback, hard cover, large print, Kindle, and Audible on Amazon.

With love,
Gayle
